A Home-Services & Consumer Brand Portfolio

The 123 Companies is a holding company that builds, acquires, and operates a portfolio of home-services and consumer brands. Each brand runs independently with its own name, team, and focus — backed by shared operating discipline across technology, logistics, and customer experience.

About
About The 123 Companies
The 123 Companies was founded by Joshua Neuman to build and operate brands that solve everyday problems in home services and consumer life — laundry and garment care, tailoring, septic and cesspool service, sidewalk compliance, home inspections, and travel planning among them.
Rather than running a single brand, The 123 Companies takes an operator's approach across a portfolio: each business keeps its own identity and local focus, while sharing lessons in scheduling, dispatch, customer communication, and technology across the group. The result is a set of brands that move fast individually but benefit from being built by the same team.
The portfolio is centered on the New York City metro area, with ClickSeptic and Sunny Day Travel operating on a national footing.
How we operate
- Independent brands. Each business keeps its own name, team, and customer relationship.
- Shared discipline. Scheduling, dispatch, and technology lessons move across the portfolio.
- Built, not just bought. Most brands are built in-house from the ground up.
- Local first. Rooted in the New York City metro area, expanding where it makes sense.
